7 people fined Tk. 5,400 for not wearing masks in Sapahar

Jahangir Alam Manik, Sapahar: A mobile court in New Market, Labani Super Market, including Zero Point in Sapahar Bazar on Saturday, fined 16 people Tk. 5,400 for not wearing masks in violation of hygiene rules. Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) Sohrab Hossain.

Sapahar Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) Sohrab Hossain said, "I am distributing Max among the people to prevent corona, as well as imposing fines to raise awareness." I am specially requesting everyone to wear max then work outside following hygiene rules.

Corona is gaining momentum day by day. Follow government instructions; help yourself and others to stay safe. If you go out without Max, legal action will be taken through the mobile court, including fines.

He said such operations would continue in the future as well.
