Locals demanded the arrest of Bachchu Gang

Rafiqul Islam, Sirajganj: A case has been filed against a former enemy of Bagbati Union in Sirajganj Sadar Upazila for vandalizing a house in Ichhamati village. Locals have demanded the arrest of Salahuddin Bachchu and other members of his petty forces.

Earlier, the incident took place in Ichhamati village on Sunday morning. Abu Siddique became the plaintiff in the incident on Monday morning and named Salah Uddin Bachchu as the main accused. The other accused in the case are Iqbal Bahar Khan, Ataur Rahman Chini, Majnu Sheikh, Saiful Rahman, Munshur, Bellal, Shafiqul, Alamin-1, Shahadat, Habibur Rahman, Sohail, Barik, Jihad, Mannan, Safi-1, Pasha, Abdul Hamid. , Alamin-2, Shafi-2 and 48 others have been named in the case.

Locals complained that Abu Saeed Khan had been carrying out violence in Ichhamati village for a long time. After he died, the locals were upset over the torture of his sons. The family of the influential Saeed Khan has been torturing the innocent people of the area unnecessarily. Following this, Bachchu`s petua forces attacked and looted the house next door on Sunday morning. At that time 10 people of that house were injured. The ruthless rioter Bachchu Bahini demanded the arrest of Gang.

The injured were identified as Haider Ali, 48, son of Mujibur Rahman, his wife Shefali Khatun, 40, Maidul, 30, son of Majid Pramanik and Abu Taleb, 40, son of Mujibur Sheikh.

Haider Ali`s elder brother Sohrab Ali Sheikh said that Bachchu`s terrorist forces have been torturing the simple people of the village. No one can say anything for fear. If someone says something, it threatens to kill him. On Sunday morning, he suddenly came to our house and started rioting. I wish the attention of the concerned authorities. And protect us from the hands of Bachchu forces.

Sirajganj Sadar Police Station OC (Investigation) Golam Mostafa said that a house was vandalized in Ichhamati village of Bagbati Union due to the previous enemy. Upon receiving the news, the police went to the spot and brought the situation under control. Abu Siddique became the plaintiff in the incident and filed a case mentioning the names of 47 people. Action will be taken against the culprits after investigation.
