Online Desk : Administering the 2nd dose of COVID-19 vaccine has been started in Panchagarh district.

Panchagarh Civil Surgeon Dr Fajlur Rahman inaugurated the mass vaccination program on Tuesday morning.

Dr Fajlur said the program was started in 37 centers at 43 unions under five upazilas and two municipalities in the district.

During the first phase, 27,908 people were vaccinated. The second dose are being administered to them, he added.

Form Tuesday morning, long queues were seen at the centres. People are eagerly waiting to receive their second dose, reports our local correspondent.
