Sapahar Correspondent: Students` guardian Bindu has lodged complaints in various quarters including Upazila Nirbahi Officer, Secondary Education Officer for forming the managing committee of Patnitala Dibar Siddiqnagar Dakhil Madrasa in Naogaon in a confidential and illegal manner.

According to the complaint, after the dissolution of the executive council, the convening committee was formed with the aim of forming a new committee within six months with Rezoan Hossain (Antu), son of Muzaffar Hossain of Dibar Dhoya Para village as the convener.

Taking advantage of this opportunity, within three months, without the presence of the parents of the students, on January 13, 22 secretly Madrasa Superintendent Ashikur Rahman and Convener Head Rezwan Hossain Antu announced their president and member secretary and formed a full committee and sent it to the Secondary Education Officer for approval.

Talking to the guardians and former president Shamsuddin to verify the veracity of the 47-signed petition, they said that the whole matter of the petition was true and they demanded the formation of an executive council in the presence of all the guardians.

Talking to Madrasa Super Ashikur Rahman about this, he said that if the superintendent retires in the co-super capacity, I will take charge and the convening committee is formed as the term of the committee has expired. And then the full committee was formed in the presence of all and unanimously.

Incumbent President Rezwan Hossain Antu said that with the consent of all, I was appointed as the convening chief and after the next three months, with the unanimous consent of all present. There is no issue of secrecy here. He also said that the legitimacy of the present committee is completely correct.

Talking to the secondary education officer on the phone, he told reporters that the madrasas are looked after by the academic supervisor, but the responsibility of the investigation has fallen on me and I will investigate it properly.

Asked about the complaint, the Upazila Nirbahi Officer said that a complaint has been lodged in this regard and I have assigned the responsibility to the Secondary Education Officer to resolve the matter.
