Akash Miazi, Kachua: A farewell reception was given to Md. Tajul Islam, a retired Headmaster of Aliara Government Primary School of the  Upazila of Chandpur district. The reception was organized in the school auditorium yesterday following the hygiene rules. Former head teacher of DhakaGovernmentScienceSchool and College and prominent educationist Md. Mosharraf Hossain Chunnu spoke as the chief guest .The former director of the National Legal Aid Agency, senior sessions judge Aminul Islam addressed the program as chief guest on the occasion. The chief guest said in his speech, I am also the child of a school teacher. I feel deeply the essence of a teacher`s departure. Outgoing headmaster Md. Tajul Islam and I are students of the same school and my father`s former student. Tajul Islam has contributed to the spread of primary education in the area. The people of the area will remember his contribution for ages.
