Gulshan AC explosion: Burnt victim dies

Online Report : Victim Gopal Mallik, who suffered burn injuries after an AC exploded in his house in the capital`s Gulshan area on Saturday morning, died at an early hours at Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery.

The hospital surgeon Dr SM Ayub Hossain said Gopal Mallik with 100 per cent burnt died early Sunday. Another injured is receiving treatment at the emergency of the hospital.

Gopal hailed from Gazipur and worked at a private company in Niketon.

An air-conditioner (AC) exploded at about 6:15am on Saturday at a house in Gulshan-2 Niketon Society No 6.
