Liaquat Hossain, Rajshahi: The news was published under the headline "Employees of RBI in the drug business" on the online news portal Saheb Bazar 24.com in Rajshahi and I strongly condemn and protest against it. I have been surrounded by a handful of people for creating bad attitudes in the eyes of the society and to tarnish the image of the party by publishing false and fabricated news against me which I do not understand. Nasir Uddin Ahmed (Limon) is not a drug dealer. He is a member of the editorial board of Chandrima police station of Rajshahi Mahanagar Workers Party (1) and president of Ward Workers Party No. 19 and joint convener of National Workers Federation RBI branch (1). Explanation: Ikhtiyar Uddin (Zahid), Md. Sohail Babu, Saeed Hossain Shishir, Rajshahi Metropolitan General Secretary Debashish Pramanik Debu said that he is currently writing about party irregularities, nepotism, party tax, anti-constitutional activities and will join Awami League. False and baseless propaganda is being carried out in the name. Nasir Uddin has strongly condemned and protested against Limon. He was never involved in the drug business. He has no previous record or any police case against him. He further said that all this is being done to prove his loss of social dignity and political contempt. There have been allegations of several bottle trades in the name of Damkura Police Station, which have been published in various PA-PAIKAs. The OC of Damkura Police Station has also threatened the journalists on the subject of drugs. Writing about Limon at the right time is completely unacceptable. Limon is a social worker who helped 200 families in his area during the Corona lockdown, not only did he fill polythene to produce petrol, diesel, methane gas, which was reported live on Ntv and Channel 24. He was also awarded the National Youth Award by the Hon`ble Prime Minister for raising chickens at the Osmani Memorial Milan on December 1, 2000. Therefore, such writing against him is never desirable.
