3 drug dealers including Phensidyl arrested in Rajshahi by operation of district DB

Md. Liaquat Hossain, Rajshahi: On Friday (August 14) the Detective Branch (DB) of Rajshahi District Police conducted a special operation on the basis of secret information and arrested three people including 296 bottles of Fencidil. The arrested persons are 1. Md. Tufan Ali (45), father: deceased Abu Bakkar, Sang: Barabari Beltala, 2. Md. Asadul (30), father: Nur Mohammad, Sang- Barabari Beltala, 3. Md. Saidar Ali (48), father - deceased Montaz Ali, Sang - Raota Uttarpara, Sarbathana - Charghat, District - Rajshahi. It may be mentioned that a team of DB arrested them on 14/8/2020 on the basis of secret information at around 1.05 pm along with the phencidyl recovered from Barabari Beltala area under Charghat police station. A case has been filed with Charghat Model Police Station in this regard. Rajshahi District Superintendent of Police Mr. Md. Shahidullah BPM, PPM Sir, Rajshahi District Police is working from a strict position against drugs. This has been confirmed by Md. Ifte Khair Alam, Additional Superintendent of Police (Headquarters), Rajshahi.
