Press Release from Dhaka: On the National Mourning Day, the World Green Movement Foundation organized a discussion meeting and prayer mahfil at its office in Malibagh. On Saturday (August 15) at 11 am, on the martyrdom anniversary of Father of the Bengali Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, humble homage was paid to all the martyrs. Earlier, free masks and medicines were distributed among the common people from Malibagh crossroads to Mouchak.

At that time, the founding chairman of the organization Bappi Sardar said, "On this day, August 15, 1975, I am praying for the forgiveness of the departed souls of all the martyrs of the family, including the father of the Bengali nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman." The father of the nation was an honest and worthy leader. We will work to build a developed state free from corruption and climate risk by embracing its ideals.

He called on all wealthy and social organizations in the society to work for the people displaced by the corona virus and floods. The World Green Movement Foundation will continue its tree planting and free mask distribution program throughout the month of August.
