Special Correspondent: The 33rd Annual General Meeting of The Metropolitan Christian Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. was held at the CCULB Resort and Training Institute of Gazipur Kaliganj Police Station last Friday in the presence of the delegates following the health rules. Mr. Augustine Purification, Chairman of the Society, presided over the AGM. Society officials, advisers, and members of the Christian community were present on the occasion. Mr. received the best cooperative award by the government. When Augustine Purification took over the society in 2012, the capital was Tk. 215 crore. At present the capital of the society is about Tk. 1500 crore.
