Hasan mourns death of Barrister Rafique-ul-Huq

News Desk: Information Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of renowned lawyer and former attorney general Barrister Rafique-ul-Huq. In a message of condolence, the information minister recalled the working life of Barrister Rafiq-ul-Haq, who is the son of Dr Mumin-ulHaq and Nurjahan Begum.

Hasan, also Awami League joint general secretary, said Huq will ever be remembered for his contribution to the legal profession in the country since sixties.
The information minister prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed sympathy to the bereaved family members.
Barrister Huq breathed his last at 8.30 in the morning while undergoing treatment at ICU at a hospital here at the age of 85.
