Faisal Azam Apu, Chapai Nawabganj: The 42nd founding anniversary of the Nationalist Youth Party has been celebrated in Chapainawabganj. On this occasion, a discussion meeting, cake cutting and prayer mahfil was held at Nawabganj Club Milonayatan on Tuesday morning. Chapainawabganj District Juba Dal president Tabiul Islam Tarif presided over the discussion while former district Chhatra Dal president and business leader Abdul Wahed was the chief guest.

District Juba Dal General Secretary Abdur Rahman Anura, former District Juba Dal President Obaid Pathan, District Juba Dal Senior Vice President Kamruzzaman Manik, Joint General Secretary Shahidul Haque Haidari Shahid Mia, Organizing Secretary Golam Mortuza, Information and Research Secretary Faruk Ahmed Chowdhury addressed the discussion. Sadar Upazila Juba Dal joint convener Liton Ahmed, Gomstapur Upazila Juba Dal convener Kabatullah, Shibganj Upazila Juba Dal joint convener Rezaul Karim, Shibganj Municipal Juba Dal joint convener Abul Basar, Bholahat Upazila Juba Dal convener Belal Uddin and others. Leaders and activists of different units of district Juba Dal, Swachchasebak Dal and Chhatra Dal were present at the time.

After the discussion organized by Chapainawabganj District Juba Dal, the party`s chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia, senior joint secretary general of BNP central executive committee Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi, general secretary of Central Juba Dal Sultan Salauddin Tuku and joint general secretary Nurul Islam Nayan held a prayer mahfil.
