Human chain for bribery against education officer in Kurigram

Sadar Upazila Secondary Education Officer Zahurul Haque has been accused of conducting a biased investigation into bribery to resolve a disputed issue related to recruitment test in Kurigram. The victims rejected the report and demanded a full report and trial and removal of the education officer. Claiming that the allegation was completely substantiated, Sadar Upazila Secondary Education Officer Zahurul Haque said on his mobile phone that the report was submitted after seeing the authenticity of the documents of both the parties. The issue of bribery is false. According to the complaint, Mocha took part in the recruitment test for the post of office assistant cum computer operator at HolokhanaNurnabiGirlsHigh School in Sadar Upazila. Kakli Begum. On November 1, 2020, the concerned authorities canceled the recruitment process on the allegation of recruitment trade. The victim Kakli Begum and donor member Dachim Uddin said that the school managing committee took away Tk. 6 lakh at different times by asking them to appoint us. We have lodged a complaint with the Deputy Commissioner, Superintendent of Police and the Education Department. In that context, Kurigram Sadar Upazila Secondary Education Officer Zahurul Haque got the responsibility of investigation. He complained against the school managing committee president. Nur Nabi has submitted a one-sided investigation report with a bribe of Tk. 50,000. In protest, the victims staged an hour-long human chain in front of the Kurigram Press Club at 11 am on Monday.
