General Manager of Bangladesh Krishi Bank Parveen Akhtar injured

Press Release: Parveen Akhter, General Manager of Bangladesh Krishi Bank injured when she fell from the 7th floor corridor of the bank`s head office building on the 6th floor verandah on March 4, 2021 at 11.30 am. After her fall, the bank`s senior executives and other officials rushed to the spot and immediately rushed her to the emergency department of the hospital with the Bank`s own doctor. Noted, she was undergoing treatment at Kurmitola GeneralHospital and AzgarAliHospital from 27-10-2020 to 15-11-2020 after contracting Covid-19. Even after the report of Covid-19 was negative, she was suffering from various complications after the disease and was on occasional leave. As a major symptom, she suffered from some visual illusions. She was present at the meeting of the credit committee of the bank as usual at 11.00 am on Thursday. Shortly after the meeting began, she left with the president`s permission and had an accident. In this regard, a general diary (GD) has been made in Motijheel police station, the number of which is 329, Dated: 05-03-2021. The management of the bank has formed a 03 (three) member investigation committee to directed the Deputy Managing Director and submit a report within three working days. At present, all the activities of the injured General Manager Parveen Akhtar are being managed by the bank management.
