Dr. Muhammad Mahtab Hossain Mazed: The holy month of Ramadan is the month of self-purification. The holy month of Ramadan has begun. Today is Friday the 3rd of Ramadan. The first Jumma Mubarak of Ramzanul Mubarak in the month of 1442 AH. Two days of the month of Ramadan have already passed between us. Mahe Ramzanul Mubarak was blessed with the message of infinite mercy, forgiveness and salvation of Allah Almighty.

The month of Ramadan is the season of worship and good deeds for the purpose of gaining immense reward. Among them, the Friday days of Ramadan are even more glorious. This is how Jumma is said to be the day of Hajj for the poor, holy and virtuous. Today, more than any other day of Ramadan, the worshipers are full of religious fervor and passion to perform Jumu`ah prayers in all mosques. Today, on the 3rd day of the holy month of Ramadan, after the Friday prayers, a special prayer will be offered in the court of the Almighty for the welfare of the country and the nation and for the peace of the world Muslim Ummah.In order to explain the virtue and importance of Ramadan, Allah the Almighty declares in Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 65 of the Holy Qur`an, "Ramadan is the month in which I have revealed the Qur`an." This month is called the month of blessing-mercy-forgiveness. This month has a blessed night like Shabe Qadr, which is another important issue for the Ummah of Muhammad and which has not been added to the destiny of any other Prophet`s Ummah. Regarding the virtues of Shabe Qadr, Allah Himself declared ‘Lailatul Qadri Khairumum Meen Alfi Shahrin’ i.e. one night of Shabe Qadr is better than a thousand months. The important virtue of Ramadan is the obligation to fast for all the months.

Forgives and delivers from Hell and enrolls in Paradise. That is why this month is called the month of blessing-mercy-forgiveness. In this month the gates of Paradise are opened, the gates of Hell are closed and the devils are chained. And these things happen every night during Ramadan and it continues till the last Ramadan. This hadith proves that Paradise and Hell are two things created by Allah, the doors of which are literally opened or closed.Virtues of Friday in Ramadan: -

The holy month of Ramadan is a month of endless virtue. The importance of performing Tarabi, Tahajjud, Sunnat and Nafl prayers including the five daily prayers in the month of Ramadan is much more. And Friday is an important day for Muslims in the month of Ramadan. The holy month of Ramadan begins today

In the eyes of Islam, the day is very blessed and significant. God has made this day superior to other days. As it is the Friday of Holy Ramadan, its virtue is many times more More. Many virtues of Friday have been mentioned in the Holy Qur`an and Hadith.

Allah Ta`ala emphasizes this day in the Qur`an, ‘Believers! When the call to prayer is made on Friday, hasten to worship Allah and stop trading. That is better for you, if you only knew. `

It is narrated on the authority of Abdullah bin Yusuf (may Allah be pleased with him) and Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: The person who arrives in the second stage is like sacrificing a cow. The one who arrives in the third stage is like a one-horned lamb. The one who arrives in the fourth stage should sacrifice a hen. The one who arrives in the fifth stage should sacrifice an egg. Later, when the Imam goes out to deliver the khutbah, the angels appear to listen to the jikir. The greatness of the day of Jumu`ah is unlimited according to Islamic law. This day is called Jumuah because the various parts of the body of the original father of the human race, Hazrat Adam (a.s.) were assembled or deposited.On Friday, Allah Ta`ala is limitless Enriched by blessings. This is the best day of the week. According to the hadith, this blessed day has been specially given by Allah Ta`ala to the Ummah Muhammad (peace be upon him). The Prophet (peace be upon him) said that the best and most blessed day is Friday. On this holy day, Hazrat Adam (AS) was created and on this day he was admitted to Paradise. (Muslim Sharif) Also in Hadith Sharif, Friday has been declared as the day of weekly Eid. It has been said that Friday is the day of your meeting and weekly Eid. Therefore, it is not advisable to set this day for Ramadan. The night before Friday is also very important. It is said in the hadith that on the night before Jumu`ah, all the deeds of the children of Adam were presented in the court of Allah Ta`ala. (Bukhari, Ahmad)
