Staff Reporter : The government has extended the ongoing restrictions till May 16 from May 6 to contain spread the Coronavirus.

The Cabinet Division issued a gazette notification in this regard on Wednesday.

No inter-district transport services will be allowed during the period. But the government will allow public transport to operate within cities from Thursday.

Besides, the train and launch services will remain closed.

However, the shopping malls and market will remain opened from 10am to 8pm. The bank transaction will also remain opened in a limited scale from 10am to 1pm.
