Entertainment Reporter : After 16 days` treatment, acclaimed actor Alamgir got discharged from hospital on Wednesday afternoon.

He returned home around 4pm as per the doctor`s advice, confirmed his daughter and singer Akhi Alamgir.

"Today we brought father (Alamgir) at home. Alhamdulillah, he recovered from coronavirus," she said.

Earlier on April 18, he tested positive for the virus, and on the same day got admitted to a hospital in the capital.
