Light to moderate rain likely over country

Online Desk : Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty or squally wind is likely to occur at many places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions and at a few places over Chattogram, Khulna and Barishal with moderately heavy to heavy falls at places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions.

Day temperature may fall slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, said a met office release here today.

Country’s maximum temperature on Monday was recorded 35.5 degree Celsius at Rajshahi and Today’s minimum temperature 19.0 degree Celsius was recorded at Dimla.

Country’s highest rainfall for the last 24 hours till 6.00am today was recorded 75 millimeters (mm) at Mymensingh.

The sun sets at 06.32 pm today and rises at 05.18 am tomorrow in the capital.
