  Date : 24-04-2024

Lifestyle desk: Meditation is no longer an unknown word right now. One thing that can be mentioned is that meditation is not necessary for practicing Muslims (regular pray their payers).  Because all the people in the world are no longer pray their regular payers.

This meditation plays a very important role in reducing the anger and frustration of the human mind by stabilizing the brain. Due to which people can handle any situation very slowly. It is said that meditation removes all kinds of difficulties of body and mind. As a result, a person is able to solve problems and achieve success in his personal life as well as in his job.

The number of people meditating around the world is increasing day by day. Stress has become a part of life, especially when most people in the world are under house arrest due to the Corona epidemic. According to the Quantum Method, about 500 million people in the world now meditate regularly. Patients suffering from various diseases including stress or stress, heart disease, sleep problems have got very good results.

In keeping pace with the world, millions of people in Bangladesh have made their lives meaningful by meditating. With these backgrounds in mind, World Meditation Day will be celebrated on May 21 in Bangladesh.

The Quantum Foundation is the main initiator of the celebration of World Meditation Day in Bangladesh. At the initiative of this organization, on Friday 21st May, millions of people will take part in the collective meditation in more than two hundred units of the Foundation including cells, presale, branches, centers, organizationally and personally from house to house. On this day at 9:30 am Bangladesh time, expatriate Bangladeshis will be meditating in different branches and virtual cells including Europe, North America, France, Australia, and Malaysia all over the country and abroad. The theme of Meditation Day is `Regular Meditation, Healthy Successful Happy Life`.

In the words of the sages, the unit of human life is peace. Without peace, money, fame, successes are all meaningless. That peace is sought in meditation. Through positive thinking, millions of people have changed their problems and miserable daily lives. It ca healed from incurable disease. The desired success has come in the palm of your hand. A 2018 survey found that 52 percent of organizations in the United States offer meditation to their employees. Because, they see, the productive capacity of a meditated worker is one hundred percent higher than that of a non-meditated worker. Corporate organizations in Bangladesh are also leaning towards that.

Professor Dr. Herbert Benson, founder of the Mind Body Medical Institute in Boston, recently wrote another book, ‘Breakout Principles’, following his acclaimed bestselling ‘Relaxation Response’ book. In it, he says, how can a person take his mental capacity to the peak by relaxing the mind. That is to say, if one can think beyond the daily worries and headaches, if one can be immersed in other thoughts for some time, then the state of thought creates the clarity and stability that gives the right decision and solution.

Stress is a big obstacle in the way of healthy living of modern people. Stress is at the root of many diseases, including heart disease, cancer, lung complications, and liver cirrhosis. Meditation for relieving this stress is now admired all over the world. Doctors in hundreds of hospitals in the United States are training patients in yoga-meditation as a preventive care to combat stress. If you do not get rid of stress, the body, mind and profession are all damaged. Therefore, it is wise to meditate regularly every day without harming everyone. World Meditation Day has brought this message.
