Online Desk : Ten people died at the corona unit of Rajshahi Medical College and Hospital in the last 24 hours.

Of the deceased, three died of coronavirus and the rest died from its symptoms.

Dr Saiful Ferdous, Deputy Director of RMCH, confirmed the deaths to Thursday.

He said, among the deceased, seven people are from Rajshahi, one each from Chapainawabganj, Natore and Naogaon.

He also said, 44 people were admitted to the RMCH in the last 24 hours. 31 people were discharged from the hospital. Apart from, 164 coronavirus positive patients and 194 patients with coronavirus symptoms are receiving treatment there.

In the last 24 hours, 188 samples were examined and out of them 77 got positive results for the virus, the doctor added.
