3 of a family found dead in Dhaka, 1 detained

Online Desk : Police today recovered the bodies of three members of a family at their house in the capital’s Kadamtali on Saturday morning.

The deceased were identified as Masud Rana, 50, his wife Mousumy Akter, 45 and their daughter Jannatul, 20.

Police have detained one person in connection with the incident and is being interrogated, said Jamal Uddin Meer, officer-in-charge of Kadamtali Police Station.

Abul Kalam Azad, Sub Inspector of the police station, said they also recovered one person from the spot in a critical condition and was sent to the hospital.
