Registration of Corona Vaccine at the initiative of Honors Club

M Rahman Ranju, Kurigram: Now the youth whose war was going on was proved once again by the youth of Ornas Club of Baider Bazar village in Rajarhat upazila of Kurigram district. During the Corona crisis of the world, they also went to Corona War. These youths have taken charge of about three thousand people in 7 villages. They have taken the responsibility of providing vaccines from their health awareness. They are camping at the school and going from house to house trying to ensure registration as well as hygiene. The people of the village are listening to the youth and believing. One hundred percent of the villagers are registering by changing their minds. From dawn till midnight, the youths are carrying out various activities including corona awareness. District Information Office Kurigram is cooperating in their work. Corona vaccination registration camp was held at Paikpara Government Primary School premises in Rajarhat upazila on Friday. Deputy Director of the District Information Office Md. Nurunnabi Khandaker, President of Kurigram Press Club Ahsan Habib Neelu, Lecturer Chinmoy Roy Palash, President of Ornas Club Nanda Gopal Roy, Secretary Nur Nabi Ali and others were present. The youth of Ornas Club have started registration through 4 laptops and 7 mobile sets.

Honors Club Advisory Deputy Director (Information) Nurnabi Khandaker said that these youngsters of the Honors Club will bring every person under registration and vaccinate them within 7 days. And for the elderly people who are not able to go to Rajarhat Health Center, they will arrange vaccination through camps in their own area at their own risk, which will be a milestone across the country.

Honors Club President Nanda Gopal Roy and Secretary Nurnabi Ali said, "We are working for the neglected people in our area in the voluntary shelter." No matter how hard it is, we will keep its continuity. We are working on various health awareness activities. They said that registration is going on to bring 100% people of seven villages under vaccination. There have been more than two thousand registrations so far. Our goal is to declare 7 villages of Baidar market area free of corona.
