Protest in Muzaffearabad over Gilani’s death under detenation

KMS, Muzaffarabad: The Youth Wing of Tehreek-e-Istiqlal held a protest demonstration and held a rally at Mankyal Camp in Muzaffarabad, today, over the death of the veteran Hurriyat leader, Syed Ali Gilinai under detention in Srinagar.

The Chairman of Tehreek-e-Istiqlal youth wing, Tanveer Durrani led the protest demonstration and rally.

The speakers on the occasion strongly condemned the Indian authorities for taking possession of the Gilani’s dead body not allowing Kashmiris to participate in his funerals.

They on the occasion reiterated the Kashmiris’ resolve to continue the mission of Shaheed leader till taking it to its logical conclusion, adding, in this regard every kind of sacrifice would be rendered.

The participants of the protest also raised slogan in favour of freedom and against India.

Sardar Iqbal Yaseen Awan, Chairman of Mankyal Camp, Tanveer Durran, Chairman of Youth Wing of Tehreek-e-Istiqlal, Amir of Majis-e-Shura, Younis Mir, Gulzarin Azad, Jalaluddin Awan, Maulana Lal Din Durrani, Ghulam Qadir Durrani, Abdul Rauf Tantray, Numberdar Ismail, Ghulam Muhammad War, Pervez Khan Durrani, Liaqat Rana, Tahir Butt, Rashid Mir, Kabeer Mughal, Khursheed Qureshi, Riaz Awan, Faizullah Durani, Shahid Awan, Imtiaz Awan and other participated in the protest demo and rally.
