  Date : 19-04-2024

Golam Mostafa from Tarash: Paddy is loaded daily by placing trucks on regional and rural roads in the famous Binsara Hat area of Tarash. As a result, people are suffering a lot while traveling on these roads.

It is learned that Binsara Hat is held two days a week on Sunday and Wednesday. During these two days, five local traders bought paddy and left it at home. He then sold the paddy to millers in different districts and upazilas of the country.

The victims, who did not want to be named, complained that five paddy traders named Fazlu, Fulchan, Nur Islam, Shamsul Haque and Shafi left their trucks on the road and loaded the paddy. This disrupted their movement.

The victims also said that traders would not buy our paddy if they protested. Or even if you buy paddy, you will leave the money and suffer.

It was seen on the ground on Saturday that paddy was being loaded by leaving a truck on the Kazipur rural road in Binsara Hat area. Since the truck is in the middle of the road, there is no place to go on either side.

In this regard, Upazila Nirbahi Officer and President of Upazila Hat Bazar Lease Implementation Committee Md. Mejbaul Karim said, free movement of people cannot be hindered in any way. Necessary steps will be taken.
