Teachers are the beacon of inspiration in our society. Through their silent efforts, they are building a civilized, humble nation around the world. Their ethical and moral teachings are bringing about an ideological revolution in the life of every student. Therefore, the status of education pole Star is above all professions and actions of the society. Teachers spread the light of education throughout their lives with selfless hearts. As a result of this selfless work of the teachers, they want the students to be educated in their education and serve the country and the nation. Teachers full of talent, wisdom and knowledge are invaluable human resources of the country and the nation. The role of the teacher is more important than any other professions in building the foundation of the nation and nurturing the national heritage. For this they are considered as one of the best people in the country.

Teachers are the pioneers in discovering new talents
Teaching is a sacred and honorable profession in all societies. The foundation of all levels of knowledge was formed by the teachers, the great warriors. However, why are they called warriors? This question is probably being awakened in everyone now. Being a fighter does not mean attacking the enemy with a sword. Just as a patriot fights to defend the country on the battlefield, so does a teacher fight to develop the talents and create new knowledge of the students sitting from the first bench to the last bench of the class. So we can call them warrior. Besides, in Bangladesh, the participation of rural students in public universities is increasing. After being admitted to the university, students leave their previous comfort zones and come to an unknown city as a result, their life faces challenges from various dimensions. At that time, teachers are the key stakeholders to assist the newly admitted students to cope with that alien situation. Going through the re-socialization process the students then slowly learn to handle the significant others (neighbors, seniors, and administrative staffs of the campus). It is well recognized that the journey of the newly admitted students started with the assistance of the teachers. That is why I would like to say to all the students on the occasion of World Teachers` Day (on 5th October) that students should be cooperative, respective and friendly with their teachers. Be well and take yourself (students) to the top of success. This is always our desire from you.

Teacher: A Dream Maker
World Teachers` Day, which was established by the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in 1994, is observed on October 5 all over the world. Teachers` Day attempts to raise awareness of the critical role that teachers perform around the world. More than 100 countries worldwide commemorate World Teachers` Day. The celebration`s goal is to honor educators all across the world for their contributions. Furthermore, this day is dedicated to honor teachers` rights and obligations, as well as to focus on appreciating, evaluating, and improving the world`s educators.
I believe that a university educator should not be bound by classroom norms and regulations from the perspective of Bangladesh. The teacher should assist his or her students in finding work opportunities that are better suitable for them. In a nutshell, I believe the teacher-student relationship at the varsity level exceeds motherhood, friendship, brotherhood, and other special bonds. Despite, at this level, students should judge on the basis of their cerebral abilities. As a result, a teacher must pay special attention to a student`s emotions and support him or her in setting a goal that is appropriate for him or her in the long run. I give my best wishes to all of my pupils on the eve of Teachers` Day 2021.

The nation be enlightened in the light of education
Education is a tool for building an enlightened society. The teachers are the architect of a nation. Teachers are source of knowledge and wisdom. They play an important role in building up an educated nation and dispel the darkness of ignorance from the lot of a nation. There is no way to create enlightened people without education. Teachers have a lot of duties and responsibilities. This work and responsibility is to the society, to the country and to the nation and to the next generation. Everybody has something valuable inside him. Teachers discover the treasure hidden inside each student. That is why, education is the backbone of the nation and teachers are the makers of this backbone. Teachers work relentlessly to build a well-educated nation. The contribution of teachers in enlightening the society and the country in the light of education is undeniable. Usually the first stage of our education begins with our parents. They teach us to feel right. Respect for others, obedience to elders, honesty and integrity are the lessons we learn from our parents. Teachers are compared to parents. Just as parents raise their children with love and affection, so our teachers strive to build the future of their students in the light of their teachings. The light of education should illuminate the path ahead of the students. The role of education in building a developed country and nation is immense. Looking at the whole world, we see that the stage of development of a country or nation corresponds with its standard of education. There lies the paramount importance of the teacher’s role since his is the role to import proper education to the citizen of the nation. Therefore, we should give more importance to education and teachers to take our country forward.

Teaching: Respected and Dignified Profession
From the beginning of this world, teaching is one of the most important professions. Not only livelihood, but the greatest path of human service is visible through teaching. That`s why it`s not just a profession, it`s a vow. Any society is in darkness unless its people are enlightened by the light of education. People of this great profession transform any lightless person out of the darkness and broaden their dreams into manpower. A teacher not only shows the underlying path to success, how to be a good person there. Only these people can study as well as the light of motivation to light the lamp of frustration of the students. And in this way, from the beginning of creation, teachers have been the bearers of civilization by playing a role in building society. A teacher spends most of his day with his young, fresh, and green students. That`s why a lot of his thoughts are spread by his dearest students. These people are always on the lookout for social, economic, anti-corruption, and above all, how much impact a student can have on nation-building. The highest creative profession in teaching because all kinds of new talents are created by their hands. That is why good education can be the backbone of the nation. Because without a good teacher, a good education cannot be imagined. The talent that is needed to run a state or a country, is the teachers who are behind the scenes. Compared to other countries, the educational environment of this country and these creatures are deprived of many kinds of facilities. So let`s come back to this country through World Teachers` Day the appropriate learning environment and dignified respect for teachers.

Education is the main tool for building an enlightened society. Teachers act there as skilled artisans.Teachers develop latent human talents;social qualities,awaken personality;wisdom and enlighten life by changing attitudes through distributing knowledge. Parents give birth to and nurture child, but a teacher raises him as a successful and ideal person. That is why people over the world, place teachers at the top of the society. Teaching is not basically a ‘profession’,but `service`. Teacher inspires students to organize their future life by acquiring education in school. The role of a teacher in creating morality and patriotism among the students is undeniable.Students succeed in following the path shown by the teacher,and participate in the infrastructural ; economic; intellectual development of the country that future generations enjoy.He eradicates illiteracy ; ignorance, consequently all superstitions are uprooted from the society. Teacher initiates modernism in the society because he is ahead of everyone in knowledge, intelligence and planning. He is called a catalyst for the positive evolution of civilization. The person who is enlightened in the light of the teacher`s teaching; enlightens others by his own knowledge. In this way, the contribution of teaching does not pine even if the teacher does not exist, but its flow lasts for eternity. Thus an ideal teacher is the best benefactor.He is immortal in his generosity.

Teacher is the indicator of morality
A light or an indicator is needed to proceed someone`s life on the right track, or whose abrupt arrival may helps a person to reach at a milestone of success, he/she is none other than our teacher. When everyone is busy for becoming someone`s else, there is still one charecter, who stands for originality, provides his/her own knowledge, perspective among students that’s he/she gathered and teacher becomes the name of inspiration, encouragement. A teacher also praises the creativity and the imagination power into students, they learn how to ponder about anything or the difference between right and wrong and finally the ideal student able to choose the right path of his life and at the behind, the real hero is our teacher who push us for our betterment. Thats why every teacher deserve more respect than we do actually. Students organize many programs on teacher`s day for showing respect, that is wonderful but not only 5th october, it is desirable that to have this respect for teachers throughout the year, throughout the lifetime.

Teachers are the ultimate role models for students.
Teachers are pioneers in the betterment of society, civilization and culture. The role of teachers in developing and enlightening the society is immense. Teachers are considered the pole Star of the nation.Only a teacher can awaken the latent talent of a child and employ him in the development of the nation. A teacher played a leading role in the development of his thinking and humanity. Just as a parent is a role model and role model for a child, a teacher also becomes a role model for the student. An ideal teacher has the ability to change individuals, societies, states and all over the world. Ignorance was banished from the society due to the continuity of his good education. Human society and the country are free from darkness. In fact, good education is the main tool for building an enlightened society. And the teacher is the main Change maker. A teacher has to be responsible and dutiful in building a beautiful society. It should be remembered that irresponsible and unprofessional behavior of teachers can make a nation spineless. Teacher needs to make ideal people
The teacher is basically based for education. Explaining this statement, it can be said that he gives knowledge to learn the students, he is the teacher. The teacher does not mean that it is not just related to studies. A good teacher means a good friend, well adviser, overall a great person. The students in the light of the teachers knowledge are illuminated. The teacher`s made a capable student is educated in higher education, but he is just an ideal man or ideal student to the teacher. The person who has helped to create an ideal man in the right direction, the man in the important direction of life or the decision of the person is unimaginable, the person is our favorite teacher. Teachers do not expect anything. The purpose of the teachings of society and the country as a devoted man. Dear teachers awaken the conscience to serve people and to judge good and evil. I think a man`s first teacher is his/her mother. Whose hand is all initial education in the beginning of the primary education. Mother gave us the mother tongue. The primary education part of a child is cut off with a mother. The teachers are also like our parents. Those who have become a student like their own child. My respect and love for all the teachers in this great profession. Teachers are based on education of students. Therefore, it is desirable for everyone to show respect to teachers.
