View exchange held on Unani –Ayurbedic medicine industry dev

MT Desk: An exchange of views was held to determine the course of action for the development and progress of the Unani-Ayurbedic medicine industry. The meeting was held at the head office of Hamdard Bangladesh, on Saturday afternoon. HakimMd. Yusuf Harun Bhuiyan, Dean of the University of Pharmacy Faculty  Professor Dr. Sitesh Chandra Bachar, Chairman of the Department of Pharmacy, Professor Feroz Ahmed, Chairman of the Department of Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmacology Professor. Mohammad Shawkat Ali and other teachers.

General Secretary of Bangladesh Ayurvedic Medicine Manufacturers Association spoke on the occasion. Md. Mizanurrahman and TibbiahabibiaCollege, Dhaka-HakimA.B. Mahbuburrahamansaki. At the time Hammadarda opinion on behalf of the Deputy Managing Director of the organization and Motawalli Hakeem Jamal Uddin Rasel, Director Human Resource Development Hakim Nargis Marjan, Director Production Mohammad Basir Ahmed, Director Marketing Mohammad Shariful Islam, Acting Director Information and Public Relations Amirul Momenin Manik and other senior officials were present.

Dr. Hakim Md. Yusuf Harun Bhuiyan said that it would be possible for revolutionary change in the field of medicine to come forward to conduct new research in Unani Ayurvedic Medicine.

Hamdard agrees with the statement of the founder of Bangladesh Sitesh Chandra Bachar said that in view of the remarkable success of Hamdard, the joint work of the Ayurvedic sector is an urgent demand of the time. At the meeting, it was decided that a Memorandum of Understanding between the University of Dhaka and Bangladesh would be signed soon.
