Pak High Commissioner visits Dargah of Hazrat Shah Jalal (RA)

Diplomatic Correspondent: Pakistan High Commissioner to Dhaka H.E. Mr. Imran Ahmed Siddiqui visited Dargah Hazrat Shah Jalal in Sylhet on 16 October 2020. He prayed at the Dargah Mosque and met Fatullah Al Aman, Custodian of the Dargah. The High Commissioner presented a Quranic calligraphy by former Naqqash of Masjid Annabvi Ashreef, Mr. Asghar Ali for the Dargah.
The High Commissioner paid high tributes to Hazrat Shah Jalal, who was an eminent Islamic scholar and Sufi Saint of the 13th century. He immensely contributed to the promotion of Islam in the region.
Hazrat Shah Jalal is widely revered in Pakistan as a great sufi saint of South Asia.
