No risk of unrest on Victory Day, no parade this year: Home adviser

Lieutenant General (Retd) Md Jahangir Alam Chowdhury, Adviser to the Ministry of Home Affairs, has said there is no risk of unrest on December 16, the country’s Victory Day. He also confirmed that, as in the previous year, there will be no parade. He made the remarks on Wednesday (November 19) at the Secretariat while speaking to reporters after a security meeting .....
