Iran is set to launch a large-scale and destructive attack on the occupying state of Israel within the next few hours, according to the country’s state-run television on Saturday at around 10:00 PM local time.
Just last night, Iran had fired hundreds of ballistic missiles targeting the occupiers. The attack resulted in the deaths of three Israelis and left nearly 200 injured.
In response to Iran’s missile barrage, Israel launched widespread attacks on Saturday on various locations across Iran. The Israeli strikes targeted an airport in Tehran, a gas field and refinery in Bushehr province and the port city of Bandar Abbas.
Following these attacks, Iran’s state TV announced that preparations are underway for a massive retaliatory strike against Israel within the next few hours.
Earlier on Saturday, around 11:45 PM Bangladesh time, a spokesperson for Israeli military stated, “At this moment, we are conducting strikes inside Iran. Iran still possesses enough weapons to inflict massive damage on us.”
The spokesperson added that Israel remains under threat of further Iranian attacks and that efforts to destroy Iran’s surface-to-surface missiles will continue.
Meanwhile, speaking to Iran’s Mehr News Agency, the commander of Khatam al-Anbiya Air Defense Base claimed that within the past hour, they had destroyed 10 Israeli military aircraft.
He stated that further details would be provided later. However, he did not specify whether the destroyed aircraft were fighter jets, drones, or surveillance planes.
