Staff Correspondent: The Battle of Badr is a turning point in Muslim history. The leaders of the Bangladesh Muslim League commented that freedom, sovereignty, democracy, and human rights will remain intact if the spirit of Badr Day is kept in the heart. On the occasion of the 17th Ramzan historical Badr Day, the leaders made the above remarks at the discussion meeting and Iftar party organized by Bangladesh Muslim League, under the chairmanship of party president Advt Badruddoja Sooja, at the Feni Samiti Auditorium. Muslim League Secretary General Kazi Abul Khair, Executive President Abdul Aziz Howladar, Standing Committee members Atiqul Islam and Anwar Hossain Aburi among others also spoke at the moment.
