Staff Correspondent: The Battle of Badr is a turning point in Muslim history. The leaders of the Bangladesh Muslim League commented that freedom, sovereignty, democracy, and human rights will remain intact if the spirit of Badr Day is kept in the heart. On the occasion of the 17th Ramzan historical Badr Day, the leaders made the above remarks at the discussion meeting and Iftar party organized by Bangladesh Muslim League, under the chairmanship of party president Advt Badruddoja Sooja, at the Feni Samiti Auditorium. Muslim League Secretary General Kazi Abul Khair, Executive President Abdul Aziz Howladar, Standing Committee members Atiqul Islam and Anwar Hossain Aburi among others also spoke at the moment. Former Minister Nazimuddin Al Azad, BNP Executive Committee Member Advt Abed Raja, NDP Secretary General Manjur Hossain Isa, BRP President Bazlur Rahman Amini, FDP President AR Khan, Khilafat Majlis Joint Secretary General Dr. Mustafizur Rahman Faisal, Patriotic Citizen Party President spoke among the invited guests. Ahsanullah Shamim, Nawab Salimullah Academy President Abdul Jabbar, Desh Bachao Mansoob Bachao Andolan President KM Rakibul Islam Ripon, Jinaf President Md Anwar, Jamiat Ulamae Islam Propaganda Secretary Zainul Abedin, Khilafat Majlis Joint Secretary General Mao Tofazzal Miyazi and others.
