Readford Foundation stands by students who excel in talent development

Staff Reporter : Education and Society

Readford Foundation has lit a new light of hope in the field of education by standing by the talented but financially disadvantaged students of Bangladesh. This organization, which has been working in education, humanitarian aid and social development for a long time, is now organizing scholarships, educational materials and various support programs for talented students from different parts of the country.
Officials of the Readford Foundation said that many students cannot continue their education only due to lack of money, although their talent and interest are extraordinary. It is from this reality that the foundation started working with the motto “Evaluation of talent, assurance of opportunity”.

At a recently organized event, the chairman of the Readford Foundation said, “If a talented student drops out due to lack of opportunity, it is not only a loss for a family, but a loss for the entire nation. We want every talented student to get the opportunity to fulfill his or her dreams.”

Training and Mentorship Program
Not only financial support, but also to develop the skills of students, the Readford Foundation has launched a special training and mentorship program. Students are being prepared for their future through workshops on career guidelines, IT training, English language skills development and personality development. Under this program, experienced teachers, students and professionals are joining as volunteers and providing guidance to underprivileged students.

Student Feelings
A student who received support from the Readford Foundation said, “My studies were about to stop. With the support of the Readford Foundation, I learned to dream anew.” Another student said, “This support is not only financial, but also has increased our confidence.” At the same time, there has been a positive impact on society: Educationists believe that initiatives like the Readford Foundation are playing an important role in the development of the country`s human resources. When talented underprivileged students get opportunities, the entire society benefits from it.

Future Plans:
The Readford Foundation wants to expand its activities to more remote areas of the country in the future. In addition, there are plans to provide guidance on digital education, research support and international scholarships. All in all, by standing by talented students, Readford is proving that talent is never lost when given the right support, but rather, it illuminates the future of a nation.
