No holiday on April 9

Online Report : Cabinet division on Monday rejected the recommendation of a holiday on April 9 ahead of Eid.

The decision was taken at the Cabinet division meeting today, led by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

Earlier on Sunday, the Cabinet Committee on Law and Order recommended to extend the Eid-ul-Fitr holiday by one more day to make the journeys of homebound people free from hassle.
