Online Report : The students of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at Notre Dame University Bangladesh (NDUB) have showcased a diverse range of projects, highlighting their creativity and innovation.

A total of 25 groups on Tuesday participated at the event, in association with NDUB Computer Club, and presented their team works from technological advancements to social impact initiatives.

The project show began with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in the NDUB Open Space at 12:30 pm, welcoming distinguished guests including Pro-Vice-Chancellor Fr. Charles B. Gordon, CSC, Treasurer Dr. Fr. Subash Adam Pereira, CSC, and Registrar Dr. Fr. Leonard Shankar Rozario, CSC.

The event was graced by the presence of the esteemed department chair Dr. Shaheena Sultana, NDUB Computer Club moderator A. H. M. Saiful Islam, co-moderator Humayra Binte Rashid and all faculty members of the CSE department. Moreover, Baizeed Ahmed Bhuiyan from the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) at Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST) was present as the judge on the occasion.

In the afternoon, Pro-Vice-Chancellor Fr. Charles B. Gordon distributed prizes among the winners and urged all to recognize the power of imagination in shaping our world.

He said, “True innovation begins as a spark of imagination, a flicker of possibility in the mind. Yet, it is in the transformation of these ideas into tangible reality that the true magic unfolds. As we gather to celebrate their achievements at the project show, let us not only applaud their accomplishments but also recognize the power of imagination in shaping our world. For it is through their endeavors that we see the profound impact of turning ideas into reality.”

While visiting the show, Treasurer Dr. Fr. Subash Adam Pereira praised the participating students for their outstanding innovation. He said, “As we witness the culmination of creativity and dedication in the projects presented by our students, it`s a reminder of the boundless potential within our educational institutions. I am delighted to join this celebration of innovation and look forward to engaging with the bright minds behind these remarkable projects.”

Mentioning that the students of NDUB will become the architects of tomorrow`s world, Registrar Dr. Fr. Leonard Shankar Rozario said, “It is evident that our students will not only shape the future but also create the next world through this innovative work. Each project is a testament to their ingenuity and determination. Let us embrace the opportunity to witness the birth of ideas that will revolutionize industries and redefine boundaries.
