GENESENN Group, Rejuva Wellness forge Bangladesh–Thailand partnership in wellness and longevity

Press Release

Bangkok, 3 September 2026 — Thailand-based GENESENN Group and Bangladesh’s Rejuva Wellness have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish a strategic partnership aimed at advancing wellness, preventive healthcare and longevity-focused services in Bangladesh. The agreement was signed at The Consul Club in Bangkok’s Sukhumvit area, bringing together senior representatives of both organisations to discuss the emerging opportunities in preventive health, healthy ageing and longevity, as well as the potential for greater healthcare collaboration between Bangladesh and Thailand. Under the agreement, Rejuva Wellness will serve as an affiliate partner of GENESENN Group in Bangladesh, with a focus on increasing awareness of modern wellness and longevity concepts and facilitating knowledge exchange and collaboration between the two markets. Senior representatives attending from GENESENN Group included Ms. Siriya, Chief Executive Officer; Dr. Ohm, Chief Medical Officer; Mr. Mickey, Director; and Dr. A. K. M. Shahriar, Director of International Relations. Rejuva Wellness was represented by Dr. Burhanuddin Ahmed Sadiq, Chairman, and Dr. Tauhidur Rahman, Founder. During the meeting, the two sides discussed how healthcare is increasingly moving beyond conventional disease treatment towards a more proactive model incorporating prevention, personalised health management, healthy ageing, wellness and long-term quality of life. The discussions also focused on the growth potential of Bangladesh’s wellness and longevity sector and how Thailand’s experience and capabilities in advanced healthcare and wellness services could support the development of this emerging segment. The partnership is expected to facilitate professional and institutional knowledge exchange, promote public awareness of preventive and longevity-focused healthcare, and explore opportunities for introducing internationally informed wellness concepts and services to the Bangladeshi market. Representatives of both organisations said the collaboration reflects a broader opportunity to strengthen Bangladesh–Thailand healthcare ties, particularly as demand grows for preventive, personalised and wellness-oriented healthcare. They also highlighted the importance of ensuring that future initiatives are developed with appropriate emphasis on clinical quality, patient safety, professional standards and evidence-informed healthcare practices.

The two organisations expressed optimism that the partnership would contribute to the development of Bangladesh’s emerging wellness ecosystem while creating a platform for longer-term cooperation, innovation and knowledge sharing between healthcare stakeholders in Bangladesh and Thailand. The MOU represents an initial framework for cooperation, with the two organisations expected to explore further initiatives in wellness, preventive healthcare, healthy ageing and longevity as the partnership progresses.
