Swapno Shohor Properties Celebrates First Anniversary with the Slogan ‘Dream Flat Within Reach’

Real estate company ‘Swapno Shohor Properties Ltd. (SSPL)’ celebrated its first anniversary with the slogan ‘A Dream Flat Within Reach’—reflecting the commitment that ‘every family will own a flat’—while keeping the country`s low-income population in mind.

The organization celebrated its first anniversary on Wednesday (October 30) at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Center in Dhaka, amidst a grand ceremony attended by a large number of visitors, buyers, and distinguished guests. The entire venue bustled with the presence of the invitees during this festive occasion.

Speaking as the chief guest at the event, Dr. Mohammad Rafiqul Amin, Chairman of Swapno Shohor Properties, said, "The housing crisis has become a major social issue in Bangladesh today. For many in the middle and lower-middle-income groups, the dream of owning a home remains unfulfilled. We aim to change this harsh reality. Swapno Shohor Properties is not merely a housing business; it is a trusted vehicle for realizing people`s dreams. The trust we have earned from the public in just one year of operation will provide further momentum to our journey ahead." He added, "We believe that everyone has the right to a better life. Therefore, our primary objective is to deliver quality apartments within the purchasing power of ordinary people, rather than focusing solely on profit. We also plan to expand our operations to other divisional and district towns across the country in the near future."
Khorshed Alam, Managing Director (MD) of Swapno Shohor Properties, said, "Since our inception, we have been committed to integrity, transparency, and the timely handover of apartments. On this day, I extend my sincere gratitude to our valued customers, well-wishers, and all our field-level staff; it is through their tireless efforts that Swapno Shohor Properties has reached its current position. In addition to ensuring modern amenities in our projects, we employ earthquake-resistant and eco-friendly construction techniques to provide our buyers with top-quality service." He added, "We have made it possible to purchase apartments at an affordable price with installments of just Tk 16,000, allowing ordinary people to own a home using their lifelong savings or through installments, without any undue mental stress." He also mentioned that buyers would receive possession of their apartments within five years of booking.
The main segment of the anniversary celebration began with a recitation from the Holy Quran and a cake-cutting ceremony. This was followed by the screening of a special documentary highlighting the company`s achievements over the past year, future plans, and various initiatives undertaken to address the housing crisis faced by low-income individuals.
Other members of the Board of Directors of Swapno Shohor Properties, senior officials from various corporate houses, prominent businesspeople, media personnel, and distinguished citizens from various professions attended the event. A luncheon was hosted for the invited guests at the conclusion of the program.
