Staf Correspondent: Information Minister and joint general secretary of Awami League Dr Hasan Mahmud has been diagnosed with Covid-19 positive. Confirming the matter, Public Relations Officer of the ministry Mir Akram Uddin Ahmmed said, “The minister has been admitted to SquareHospital in the city on Friday night as he has been tested positive for Covid-19.”

However, his health condition is well, Akram said, adding, “Dr Hasan has requested all to pray for his early recovery.”
