Four get life term for kidnapping girl in Natore

A Natore court today (February 12) sentenced four people to life imprisonment including Tk 20 thousand fine each for kidnapping a college girl.

At the same time, the court also ordered the money should be paid to victim.

Judge (District and Sessions Judge) Muhammad Abdur Rahim of the Natore Women and Child Abuse Prevention Tribunal passed the order this afternoon.

The convicts are - Md. Atiq Hasan, 32, Son of Tofazzal Hossain of Narayanpur village of Gurdaspur upazila of the district, Md. Suman Ali, 32, Md. Sultan, 42, son of Ashraf Hossain Master of the same village, and Abu Jafar, 35, son of and Abdus Sattar.

Advocate Anisur Rahman, Special Public Prosecutor (Special PP) of Nator`s Women and Child Abuse Prevention Tribunal, confirmed this to Banglanews.
