Two phases TCV need Birth Certificate

MA Mannan, Bhola: Typhoid conjugate vaccine (TCV) is required birth certificate for registering with the typhoid vaccination campaign for children.
The vaccination programme will be implemented in two phases. In the first phase, students will be vaccinated in educational institutions from October 12 . In the second phase, children from outside of the educational institutions will be vaccinated through temporary vaccination centres.
On Tuesday, at 10 am, Daulatkhan Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer Dr. Anisur Rahman provided all this information.
At the program, Anisur Rahman also said that this vaccine is very safe. Typhoid vaccine will be pushed to all children aged between nine months and 15 years. Either institution or the guardian will register on their own responsibility. The vaccination program to be started from October 12, will continue for 18 working days. The vaccination program will be conducted in educational institutions for the first 10 working days and in the community for the next eight working days. 81 workers, 27 supervisors and 810 volunteers will be engaged in the vaccination campaign across the upazila.
The campaign program chaired by UNO, the Upazila Executive Officer Niyoti Rani Kairi, was attended by Daulatkhan Thana Officer-in-Charge (OC) Md. Zillur Rahman, Upazila Academic Supervisor Rina Akhter, Upazila Primary Assistant Education Officer Nazrul Islam, journalists Nazim Uddin Abir and Rashed Khan, among others.
