  Pakistan High Commission organized the largest-ever Pakistan Education Expo

MM Rahmatullah: The Pakistan High Commission in Dhaka, in collaboration with the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, organized the largest-ever Pakistan Education Expo in Dhaka 11 am on Monday at Hotel Radisson Blu, where representatives of more than 15 leading Pakistani universities have gathered.

Secretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Bangladesh Mahbub ul Alam and Pakistan`s High Commissioner to Bangladesh Imran Haider inaugurated the fair by cutting the ribbon. Speaking as the chief guest, Mahbub ul Alam said that the fair will play a leading role in higher education cooperation between the two countries.

Pakistani High Commissioner Imran Haider said that it will be possible to make the youth more skilled by increasing cooperation in higher education and research in various sectors including medical science, engineering and social science. More than 500 Bangladeshi students will be given scholarships to Pakistani universities through this expo. I hope that the relations between the two countries will be further strengthened. In addition to education, this expo will play a positive role in building friendship and dignified relations between the people of the two countries.

The organizers also mentioned that this is the largest education expo in Pakistan. In some cases, full free scholarships will be provided along with free air tickets.

At the beginning of the program, the Holy Quran was recited and the national anthems of both countries were performed. Later, an idea about the education fair and the participating universities was given through presentations.

This four-day education fair will be held at Chittagong University from 11 am to 5 pm on November 26, Rajshahi University from 11 am to 5 pm on November 28, and Shahjalal University of Science and Technology from 11 am to 5 pm on November 30, 2025.

The participating universities include Beaconhouse Associational University in Lahore, Dow University of Health Sciences in Karachi, Fatima Jinnah Women`s University in Rawalpindi, University of Lahore (UOL) in Lahore, Liaquat University of Medical Sciences in Jamshoro, Liaquat University of Medical Sciences in Jamshoro, National University of Modern Languages ​​in Islamabad, NED University of Engineering and Technology in Karachi, Pak Austria Fachhochschule Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology, National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI), National University of Technology and National University of Science and Technology and Lahore University of Management Sciences.
