2 killed as bus hits auto-rickshaw in Bhairab

Online Desk : Two people were killed and four others injured as a bus hit an auto-rickshaw on Bhairab-Mymensingh regional road at Naogaon bus stand area in Bhairab of Kishoreganj on Sunday morning.

Identities of the deceased could not be known immediately.

Police and locals said, a Mymensingh-bound bus of ‘Shoukhin Express’ hit the auto-rickshaw, leaving two people dead on the spot and four others injured.

Nur Hossain, Sub Inspector of Bhairab Highway Police Station, said they recovered the victims and sent them to Jahurul Islam Medical College in Bajitpur. Police are working to identify the deceased.
