10 killed, 1 injured in separate road accidents at Khagrachhari

Two motorcyclists and three pick-up riders were injured in the accident. The incident took place at around 1.30 pm on Friday. At that time, a tourist pick-up lost control and overturned on the way to Sajek from Khagrachhari at House Para on South-West Sajek Road in Sajek Union of Baghaichhari Upazila of Rangamati District. In fact, after initial treatment, 1 person was sent to KhagrachhariSadarHospital. The remaining 4 people left with first aid. The injured have been identified as Mohammad Faisal, 30, son of Nazrul Alam of Cox`s Bazar, Mohammad Nurul Amin, 35, son of Mohammad Abdur Nur, Mohammad Ayan, 25, son of Nurul Amin, Mohammad Nuru Islam, 26, son of Hafizur Rahman and Mohammad Mohammad, son of Deen Mohammad. Shahjahan (28). On the other hand, five persons were injured when a Mahindra overturned at Sona Mia Tila on the way from Dighinala to Naraichhari via Babuchara in Dighinala upazila of the district. One died on the way to DighinalaHospital with the help of local people. The deceased have been identified as Sritimoy Chakma, 32, of Noapara Karbari Tila area of ​​Dighinala upazila and Sanchita Chakma, 30, wife of Naraichhari Ghadhen Chakma.
