Murder former UP chairman

Online Desk: Chittagong`s Satkania former UP chairman Abdul Haque`s murder. Police have arrested a man named Jamir Uddin. 

Police made the arrest on Wednesday morning. Earlier, he was arrested on Monday morning.

Satkania Circle Additional SP Zakaria Rahman Jitu said his housemaid Jamir Uddin was arrested and questioned in connection with the murder of former chairman Abdul Haque. Under interrogation, he confessed to the murder of the land. According to his confession, the iron rod and three mobile phones used in the murder were recovered after 4 hours of irrigation in the pond behind the house.

Police recovered Abdul Haque`s body from his house in Keochia area of ​​the upazila on Monday morning. He is the former chairman of Kenochia UP.
