Jamaat`s registration: Scrapped appeal restored

 The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court has accepted a petition to restore an appeal filed challenging the High Court order that declared Jamaat-e-Islami`s registration`s illegal as a political party. A four-member Appellate Division bench headed by Chief Justice Syed Refaat Ahmed passed this order on Tuesday after holding hearing on the petition.
