Eid-ul- Azha 2025: Cumilla to have a surplus of 23,166 sacrificial animals

(BSS) – There will be no crisis of sacrificial animals in Cumilla during the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha as a total of 23,166 animals will be surplus in the district. According to the Cumilla District Department of Livestock, the demand for sacrificial animals in 17 upazilas of the district is estimated to be 2,37,586. The district already has 2,60,752 animals.
