Online Desk : A court today dismissed the case filed under the Digital Security Act (DSA) against Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) mayor Md Atiqul Islam.

Md Abdur Rahim, founder of the Bhashantek Rehabilitation Project, filed the case at Dhaka Cyber Tribunal Judge Ash-Shams Jaglul Hussein’s court.

The court recorded the statement of the plaintiff and said it will issue order in the case later.

Shamim Al Mamun, bench clerk of the tribunal, confirmed the dismissal of the case to News.
