Entertainment Desk : Movie actress Raima Islam Shimu, who went missing on Sunday, has been found dead in a sack near Hazratpur bridge at Keraniganj in Dhaka on Monday morning.

Police recovered the body and sent it to Sir Salimullah Medical College Hospital (SSMCH) for autopsy.

In this connection, Md Abu Salam Miah, Officer-in-charge of Keraniganj Police Station, said the body of a woman named Raima Islam Shimu was recovered from Keraniganj. The body was kept at SSMCH morgue.

It is suspected that it is a murder incident, the OC said adding that they are investigation the matter.

It is to be noted that, Shimu’s relatives filed a general diary with Kalabagan Police Station on Sunday after she went missing.
