`Thailand assured to cooperate in Rohingya repatriation`

Online Report : Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has said that Thailand has assured to cooperate in the Rohingya repatriation.

The premier said this at a press conference on Thursday held at Ganabhaban in the capital about the outcome of her recent six-day Thailand visit.

"We have discussed the issue. Thailand has an influence on Myanmar. In that case, the Prime Minister of Thailand said, he will look the matter more deeply. He promised us. Everyone is concerned about Myanmar issue. Thailand is also very concerned about Myanmar`s current situation," she said.

Sheikh Hasina returned home from Bangkok on April 29 wrapping up her six-day official visit to Thailand.
