Diesel, kerosene prices slashed

The government has slashed the prices of diesel and kerosene by Tk 1.25 on Saturday and made it effective from today (August 31).

The Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources on Saturday issued a gazette notification in this regard.

According to the new decision, diesel and kerosene would be sold at 105.50 per litre, while petrol would be sold at Tk 121 per litre and octane at Tk 125.
