Born in the quiet village of Joar Kachar in Feni District, Rony`s childhood curiosity evolved into an internationally respected career. Today, working across Europe, he remains grounded, letting his lens speak louder than his name. Extensive travel across Europe has continually shaped his artistic vision, offering viewers an authentic glimpse into stories behind the scenes.

A Visual Journey Through Paris
A defining milestone in his career is his trilingual book, Images of Paris, released in Bengali, English, and French. Blending history, architecture, literature, and cultural heritage, it presents the French capital as an intersection of art and daily life.

The book has garnered immense international acclaim. A major highlight includes receiving high praise and formal recognition from French President Emmanuel Macron, who warmly commended the exceptional artistic depth and vision of Images of Paris. Furthermore, Rony personally presented the book at the historic Grand Palais during the ChangeNOW Summit to H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco, former French PM and COP21 President Laurent Fabius, and UN Under-Secretary-General Melissa Fleming. Copies were also presented to former Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo, with subsequent meetings highlighting the publication`s vital role in strengthening cultural dialogue, earning immense appreciation and official recognition from the mayoral office as well.

Over his career, Rony has received multiple prestigious honors, including the AJFB Star Award, TRAB Award, Bangladesh Excellence Awards, and the Best Photographer accolade from Dreams In Frame Production House.

Bridging Cultures Beyond the Lens
Beyond photojournalism, Rony played a pivotal role in the diplomatic and administrative efforts that led to the official naming of "Place du Professeur Muhammad Yunus" in France, honoring Nobel Laureate Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus and strengthening France-Bangladesh cultural ties.

As a photojournalist, he has spent over a decade documenting major global events, including the Cannes Film Festival, UN Climate Conferences (COP), Paris Peace Forum, Paris 2024 Olympic Games, French Open, and the Ballon d`Or ceremony.

Staying Rooted
Despite global success, Rony remains deeply connected to his homeland as President of the Feni Photographic Society, mentoring aspiring photographers. He is a member of the Press Club de France, RSF, and PSA, and serves as a life member of the Bangladesh Photographic Society and adviser to the Dhaka Photographers Club.
Remaining true to his roots, Rony believes meaningful photography leaves a lasting impact, projecting Bangladesh`s cultural identity onto the world stage.
