  Protest march and rally against attack on Jamaat woman leader

Desk Report: A protest march and rally was held by Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami`s Kadamtoli Thana unit against the attack on Jamaat leader Kazi Maria Islam Baby, who was injured by Awami League-backed youth activists with a ramda (machete) during a public outreach event in Dhaka-4 constituency.

The protest march started from Muradpur Zero Point at 8:30 pm on Tuesday, January 28, 2026, and circled important roads before concluding with a rally.
